I had an extremely frustrating experience with World Education Services (WES). Initially, I faced delayed responses and issues with their processing, which led to my account being deactivated. After paying a fee to reactivate it, I sent my documents over a month ago. However, they initially claimed that they never received them. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue through calls and emails, I received different answers from different representatives each time, making it impossible to get any clarity. Now, they are stating that the documents were not accepted, but they haven't provided a clear reason as to why, even though I submitted the documents exactly as specified. The customer service has been nothing short of pathetic—generic responses and no real help. It’s been a huge waste of time, money, and caused a significant amount of stress. As a result, I've missed out on job opportunities and potential future studies due to the delays and inefficiency. WES clearly needs to improve their communication and customer service, as nobody seems to know what they are doing. Please save yourself the time, money, and frustration—choose any other credential verification service besides WES.EDIT: So I just got off a call from one of the customer service representatives who gave an idea about what could be wrong with the documents. All it took was 5 minutes of investigation into the matter, after countless calls and emails. All of this could have been resolved much sooner. Still not happy with the service but at least I have a starting point now. Lets see how things go on from here.
