Both my spouse and I use this service. Luckily, I still have an active account as I've been monitoring my shares. However, my spouse's account (with over 60 shares) was deleted due to three months of inactivity after years of accumulating shares. They could have used another cashback platform and at least gained access to their rewards. Customer service is non-existent and unwilling to engage with clients; it's best to steer clear.
