Shares not available for a 1 year period to begin with and then even after that I have had no luck in selling my shares and now account deleted as didnt log in within 3 months, probably never would've gotten my cashback anyway, I would 100% recommend Topcashback! Have gotten over £1000 back with them, with no fuss at all
I've had over £950 waiting to be "withdrawn" for more than 3 years! The company keeps changing their "policies" without notifying clients. Each year, they promise that in 12 months you can withdraw... it's all nonsense! This feels like a complete scam... I sympathize with anyone who believes they will ever receive their funds!

Be very cautious when using this platform if you're accumulating rewards. My account was shut down for “inactivity” without any warning or notification, resulting in the loss of all my accumulated rewards. I received no prior notice before deactivation, nor was I informed about any grace period to reactivate. They now assert the closure is valid under their terms, even though these policies were never clearly communicated to me. A grace period that you're not informed about is pointless. When a platform can silently terminate your account and erase accrued rewards without warning, it raises significant trust issues. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to understand that inactivity (even just not logging in) can lead to permanent account deletion and loss of all earned benefits, with no notification and no reinstatement. Transparency and fairness are severely lacking here.
They inform you when you make a purchase that you must wait 12 months to get it back with shares. WHAT THEY FAIL TO MENTION is that you need to wait 12 months after they list on the market! So we waited 12 months for this! Now we have to wait until 14th November, and THAT'S IF WE STILL GET OUR SHARES!!!! Currently holding £25660 😡😡😡
This is a huge scam. I began investing and purchasing through this service in 2022. After three years of being unable to sell my shares or do anything but buy more, they quietly altered their terms and conditions. Because I didn’t log in for three months, they decided to delete my account without any notice — conveniently right before the company went public. Stay away from this; it feels like a Ponzi scheme.
Both my spouse and I use this service. Luckily, I still have an active account as I've been monitoring my shares. However, my spouse's account (with over 60 shares) was deleted due to three months of inactivity after years of accumulating shares. They could have used another cashback platform and at least gained access to their rewards. Customer service is non-existent and unwilling to engage with clients; it's best to steer clear.
Avoid at all costs. Just another greedy scam. I had an account for two years. After months of inactivity, I logged in and found they had sneakily changed the rules to delete accounts after three months of inactivity. All my shopping points vanished. Very crafty!
