Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay.
We checked in on 15 December 2025 in Val Thorens (Serac) and were initially given wrong keys, which had been mixed up with another guest. After a long delay, we finally accessed the apartment.
Once inside, we discovered there was no running water at all, including the toilet. I tried contacting the owner with no response. After speaking with the management company, it took over three hours for someone to come and fix the plumbing issue. During this time, basic hygiene was impossible. When the water finally came back, it was brown, suggesting the apartment had not been used or maintained for a long time and they gave us apartment without running water .
The internet was also not working, despite being included in my booking confirmation with WESKI. I reported this on the same day and went to the office twice, but nothing was done. Only after I contacted WESKI customer service did someone come later that day to fix it, forcing me to stop my plans and return to the apartment.
Additionally, the apartment was not clean on arrival. There was dirt on the chairs, and several cup handles were broken.
Overall, the stay lacked basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and communication. The amount of time lost dealing with these issues significantly affected the holiday. I would not recommend this property unless these problems are properly addressed.
