Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay.
We checked in on 15 December 2025 in Val Thorens (Serac) and were initially given wrong keys, which had been mixed up with another guest. After a long delay, we finally accessed the apartment.
Once inside, we discovered there was no running water at all, including the toilet. I tried contacting the owner with no response. After speaking with the management company, it took over three hours for someone to come and fix the plumbing issue. During this time, basic hygiene was impossible. When the water finally came back, it was brown, suggesting the apartment had not been used or maintained for a long time and they gave us apartment without running water .
The internet was also not working, despite being included in my booking confirmation with WESKI. I reported this on the same day and went to the office twice, but nothing was done. Only after I contacted WESKI customer service did someone come later that day to fix it, forcing me to stop my plans and return to the apartment.
Additionally, the apartment was not clean on arrival. There was dirt on the chairs, and several cup handles were broken.
Overall, the stay lacked basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and communication. The amount of time lost dealing with these issues significantly affected the holiday. I would not recommend this property unless these problems are properly addressed.
This last week was our second year using WeSki and I can honestly say everything went smoothly and to plan, we included ski hire and lift passes in the deal and they were ready for us to pick up at the resort, private transfer was smooth and timely, and I’d like to specially thank George and his drivers who were all excellent, we’re thinking or trying Andorra next year and hopefully weski can find us another great deal. First time using WeSki. Loved it ! Very simple to book everything online. It may come a little bit more expensive but worthwhile. Communication is excellent. Reminders sent by email. WeSki contact you via WhatsApp too and replied promptly to questions. I will definitely use them again.
Weski from start to finish ( including mid holiday contact) excellent. I found their website, options and information perfect and helpful. I would not only recommend them but they would be my first choice for ski breaks in the future.
This is the second time I've used WeSki and it has been absolutely faultless. The website is incredibly easy to use. The information about each resort, hotel, flights and add ins ensure that you get the perfect holiday and experience tailored just for you. I am most impressed that they also offer 4 day ski holidays.
The efficiency of the customer service is impeccable. I would like to especially mention Estelle. For my upcoming trip I had a request for a particular room set up with regards to beds. I had very quick replies to emails and she has communicated with the resort hotel and fulfilled my request.
The best ski company out there.
Everything went to plan. Flights, transfer etc.
The only thing that could have been much better would be information on how to get to the accommodation from the drop off. I.e. Lifts escalators etc. within the village.
At 2 in the morning it was difficult to get to the accommodation with no information and no one around to ask.
Otherwise, resort (La Plagne) excellent.
I was travelling as a solo skier snd being able to book everything through one site made it simple and hassle free, allowing me to see the full cost of my holiday and make any adjustments with ease !
WeSki kept me informed with update details, processes on arrival etc when required. Very impressed, excellent service.
Really good way to book your ski holiday, super easy to get everything you need in one go whilst also being able to customise your trip based on your needs. Would definitely recommend and I would definitely use the company again. We didn't need the customer service as everything was faultless however I was sent messages throughout checking in and so the customer service from that point of view seemed very good. Couldn't fault WeSki.
We had an exceptional experience with the service, and I can’t praise them enough—especially the representative who was truly brilliant. We encountered an issue with our transfer to the resort when the vehicle that arrived was far too small for our group, especially since we had a ski case. I initially contacted the service and was assured it would be resolved. However, when we reached out again later in the week, closer to our departure, the representative informed us that unfortunately, nothing had been noted or arranged by that time. That said, this is where the representative really excelled. He was incredibly quick, calm, and genuinely helpful, taking full ownership of the situation. In no time, he had arranged a much larger vehicle for our return transfer to the airport, completely alleviating what could have been a very stressful situation. It’s also important to note that this wasn’t actually the service’s error. The representative was very clear and transparent in explaining that they always inform the transfer company to expect customers with hold luggage and ski equipment as standard. His honesty and clarity were greatly appreciated. Overall, the customer service was outstanding—efficient, friendly, and focused on finding solutions. Thanks to his efforts, our trip concluded smoothly and positively. The service clearly values its customers, and the representative is a true asset to the team. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! 😊
