Overall, we had a very good experience booking our ski trip with WeSki. Unfortunately, due to a storm we weren’t able to ski during most of our stay, which was obviously disappointing. However, the team made the refund process very smooth and straightforward for us.
I would especially like to mention Paula, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She was always quick to respond, kept us updated at every step, and was truly tireless in helping us resolve everything. Thanks to her support, the refund was handled without any issues.
