Clear instructions on getting to the accommodation and collecting the keys. Very helpful key handler. Everything went smoothly. Accommodation was decorated to a very high standard and had plenty of kitchen utensils. Lack of storage space for 5 adults was tricky so would probably pay a little more next time for a slightly bigger space.
