This service was extremely disappointing. They recorded a funeral, but due to a power cut, the footage was cut off before the power actually went out! This meant that the only speaker was not recorded at all. When I asked for an explanation, they tried to blame technical issues, which I found hard to believe. They either stopped recording before the speaker or edited the footage. They claimed the file was corrupted, but why was the start recorded when nothing was happening? They also attempted to sell the useless footage for £30, only agreeing to refund after I challenged them. Their lack of empathy and care for our family during this difficult time was appalling. This experience did not aid in the grieving process and I recommend avoiding this service altogether. Checking online reviews will give a clearer picture.
