This service provided a very unsatisfactory experience. They recorded a funeral, but due to a power cut, the footage was cut off before the interruption! This meant that the only speaker was not recorded. When I inquired, they offered technical explanations that I found untrustworthy - either they stopped recording early or edited the footage. They claimed the file was corrupted, but if that were true, why was the beginning of the service recorded? Additionally, they attempted to sell the incomplete footage for £30. After pressing them, they agreed to refund any purchases. When I confronted them again about the missing footage, they showed a complete lack of empathy and concern for our family, especially given the recent loss. This was a terrible experience that did not aid the grieving process. I would strongly advise against using this service. Checking online reviews will provide a more accurate representation.

The service is not affordable. The automated remote service yielded very disappointing results. The funeral had a 10-minute delay at the beginning with only about 10 minutes of meaningful footage captured, losing the rest of the service due to a brief power outage. To make matters worse, there was an additional charge of £30 for anyone who downloaded the inadequate footage, on top of the £90 fee paid upfront for the video service.

Their staff was incredibly helpful with our specific requests, including a video clip, a photo montage, and personally recorded music excerpts. They communicated quickly when there were issues with some pictures not loading and handled everything professionally. The result on the day was seamless and perfect. I was connected with the service through my funeral director. With family in Australia, Denmark, and South Wales unable to attend my late mother's funeral, we decided to livestream the event. I was amazed! Having never used such a service before, they were fantastic. I wanted to create a reflective piece with photos set to a specific song, and they provided a link to set it up. They contacted me two days before the service to show the photos linked to the song, even detailing the timeline for each image! My sister recorded her tribute from Australia, which played perfectly, and attendees thought she was speaking live. They sent a link and login pin five days prior, allowing relatives to test it. The feedback was wonderful; family who couldn't attend felt like they were part of the service. I highly recommend this service, and I was able to watch the service again later after I spoke at the funeral. Thank you for your incredible attention to detail.
