I was amazed! Having never used such a service before, they were fantastic. I wanted to create a reflective piece with photos set to a specific song, and they provided a link to set it up. They contacted me two days before the service to show the photos linked to the song, even detailing the timeline for each image! My sister recorded her tribute from Australia, which played perfectly, and attendees thought she was speaking live. They sent a link and login pin five days prior, allowing relatives to test it. The feedback was wonderful; family who couldn't attend felt like they were part of the service.
