This service provided a very unsatisfactory experience. They recorded a funeral, but due to a power cut, the footage was cut off before the interruption! This meant that the only speaker was not recorded. When I inquired, they offered technical explanations that I found untrustworthy - either they stopped recording early or edited the footage. They claimed the file was corrupted, but if that were true, why was the beginning of the service recorded? Additionally, they attempted to sell the incomplete footage for £30. After pressing them, they agreed to refund any purchases. When I confronted them again about the missing footage, they showed a complete lack of empathy and concern for our family, especially given the recent loss. This was a terrible experience that did not aid the grieving process. I would strongly advise against using this service. Checking online reviews will provide a more accurate representation.
