Before I went to Wessex internet I was with Sky Broadband, which I had a lot of problems with. Sky were extremely unhelpful, never providing reasons or answering calls/ offering support.
The transition to Wessex has been incredible. A very smooth process with no speedbumps at all!

The technicians that fitted my wifi were extremely friendly and professional. Adrian was very respectful and very keen to offer the best service possible from where I wanted my router to explaining how the system works.
The WiFi itself has been incredible for the short time I’ve had it it’s never went below 780% of the MBPS I am paying for which again going from sky to this has highlighted the benefits of being with a decent company.
I would highly reccomend anyone who is in a similar predicament as I was, to make the change over to Wessex. 100% worth the money and I feel like I will be able to rely on them if issues arise.
