No advance notice. No transparency. No support.Our client paid a deposit, we prepped the installation space, and Wessex had every opportunity to communicate this change—but failed to do so. Their lack of professionalism has created major delays, unnecessary costs, and left us scrambling to find a replacement at the last minute.If you’re in the U.S. and looking for dependable partners in accessibility equipment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
