Do not buy from this dealership. The staff are very rude and the dealers do not sale products in good faith at all. They fraudulently sale products to profit them selves and trick you into financing 36 months warranty packages from a company called Warranty first and you end up paying interest on the warranty.I had this experience when I bought a car from this dealer in April 2024 and the car flooded in September 2024. Insurance paid the full value of the car, however both West Motors and Warranty First refused to refund the 36Month warranty they had charged me for £1600 which i only used for 4 months. They tricked me into a loss.
