I strongly advise against trusting this company or their sales staff. They misrepresented my financing agreement and pressured me into a higher rate at the last moment, despite my existing lower rate. They also forced me into purchasing additional warranty coverage for issues that were supposed to be covered by law. When repairs were not adequately handled, they attempted to charge me for it. This feels criminal, and I have evidence from other dissatisfied customers. Avoid them at all costs; it appears they are now out of business.
My experience was extremely frustrating. The staff had a poor attitude, and when I inquired about a vehicle, they failed to consider my night shift schedule. Despite my requests for them to call back later, they continued to disturb my sleep. I ended up blocking their number, but they started calling from private numbers, insisting they would keep calling until I made a purchase. This approach is not what I expect from customer service. If this is how they treat potential customers, I dread to think how they would act post-purchase. They seem overly eager to sell their cars, which raises concerns.
I purchased my first vehicle a month ago, and it came with several issues. They attempted to locate the keys but failed and demanded a refund instead of addressing the issue appropriately. When I sought a duplicate key, they refused to cover the costs. Their lack of responsibility and failure to deliver on promises is concerning. They prioritize quick sales over customer service, so proceed with caution.
