Awful customer service! I bought a car from West Motors a year ago and also purchased a deal for 3 annual minor services plus a 3-year warranty. Trying to book the car in for the first of these services has taken weeks! And then when they apparently carried it out, they gave me no paperwork and took three times as long as they said it would take. Repeated calls to ask for the paperwork have been either unanswered or met with rude salespeople who then still do not send the paperwork. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE, and CERTAINLY don't buy an expensive warranty and service plan!
