I don’t normally write reviews… but if there was ever a reason to write one it would be for this company. Sent on behalf of the RAC to recover my vehicle at 9am, I received a message that there were ‘delays’ and they would be coming at 2:30 to collect the vehicle. At 2 I was contacted again to say they would be there at 4pm. At 4 I was contacted again by the driver who said he will be there between 4:30/45. I sat and waited until 5:50. I called the customer service team and it took 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone and hang up immediately. I called back and waited another 20 minutes to speak with Ellie who told me the driver had been changed and they will have to assign me a new driver. There was no communication of such change at all!!!! They then told me the new driver will arrive at 7. Ridiculous. The driver that arrived was very good which was the only positive thing I have to say. Overall would not recommend to my worst enemy
