Shocking service. RAC used them to recover my vehicle. Three times they changed the recovery time, then when they finally turned up *24 hours late*, they turned up, sat there for an hour in the truck, then drove off without a word and left the car! When I phone dot complain, their phone queue was bizarre as you move up and down the queue at random (??) - when I finally got hold of someone they said the driver didn't have the key so the job was stood down and we would have to call the RAC again! We were there with the key - why didn't they ask for it?? Incompetent clowns. DO NO USE.
