West Coast Express Moving.Property theft /loss/damage. Date -March 2025This organization lost my ebike and 9 boxes after overcharging for their moving services. I called regularly to follow up on my things wherein they evaded and did not respond. At no time did they respond and responsibly address the property loss. I tried to handle this through CSI insurance but they dropped their relationship with that insurance company and I was advised of that. They requested I file a notarized claim to them, which I did. They continued to do nothing and evade communication about them losing my bike and boxes. This company is truly awful and extremely shady. They do not honor their word and will not do the right thing if your property is lost, stolen or damaged.This is the worst company to ever deal with
