Unacceptable Price Increase and Service Issues

They increased my initial quote drastically just before my move from one state to another. I had already booked my flight and felt trapped when they demanded a portion of the payment by 9 PM the night before. When they arrived, they insisted on charging more to repack items into boxes. The delivery took 18 days longer than promised. They assured me they would deliver to my door, but their large vehicle couldn't access my location. On a Sunday, I had to scramble to hire help and rent a truck at the last minute, or I would have faced an extra charge that was double what I ended up paying. Additionally, items were not repacked as stated, and I discovered missing and damaged belongings. The move occurred on 2/26/25, I received my goods in April 2025, and even after reaching a settlement agreement, I still have not received payment as of 12/09/25.

As someone involved in logistics for a nonprofit, I recognize the value of effective communication and timely service, particularly during significant life changes. My experience with the service has been incredibly frustrating and disruptive. They collected my belongings on July 25, 2025, and I have yet to receive them. Despite numerous attempts to get in touch with the company, I have not received any substantial responses, updates, or resolutions. My emails and calls went unanswered, leaving me in the dark for weeks. Due to this delay, I've had to buy clothing, bedding, and essential household items just to manage. This has caused both financial and emotional stress that no customer should face, especially due to poor service and a lack of accountability. The customer support has been virtually nonexistent, forcing me to draft formal communications and document the impact myself. This experience has not only hindered my ability to return to work but has also eroded my trust in this company. They need to improve significantly. Transparency, empathy, and follow-through are essential in any service-oriented business. I sincerely hope they heed this feedback and implement necessary changes to prevent others from experiencing what I have.

Terrible Experience with the Company

This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. If you care about your peace of mind, your finances, and your belongings, avoid this service at all costs. Here’s what happened: • They picked up my mother’s items on May 2, 2025, and we didn’t see her belongings again until early September—four months! • Initially promised delivery by June 4, they later claimed they had '30 days from that date' to deliver, which felt like a bait-and-switch. • They doubled the charges after loading her items onto the truck, leaving us no choice but to comply under pressure. • They rarely answered calls or emails, and when they did, their responses were dismissive and rude. • We caught them in multiple untruths regarding delivery dates, with calls ending abruptly and texts going unanswered. This company operates without integrity. They lie, evade responsibility, extort additional fees during the move, and treat customers with utter disrespect. Save yourself the hassle—do not engage with this company under any circumstances.

A Company of Dishonesty

This company can be summed up in one word—crooks. After loading my possessions, despite providing them with a detailed list of items beforehand, they tripled the transport cost. I received my belongings after nearly a month and a half, following countless unproductive calls. Almost half of my furniture arrived damaged and beyond repair. Afterward, they severed all communication, despite the contract and prior arrangements. I reiterate—they are crooks. Beware!

Disastrous Experience

I would give ZERO stars if that were possible! It was a classic bait and switch. Initially quoted $1,800, but after loading everything onto their truck, the price jumped to $6,000! It has been nearly 30 days, and I still don’t have my items delivered.

This has been my worst moving experience ever. It took over 40 days for my belongings to arrive, and communication was non-existent throughout. I called and emailed multiple times without any updates. When my items finally arrived, I found that over $13,000 worth of personal belongings were missing, including electronics and sentimental items. To make matters worse, I reported the missing items immediately, but neither company has provided a claims process or any resolution. I felt completely disregarded. The most concerning part? My stolen items were traced to an address showing clear evidence of relocation and potential resale. I paid $2,200 for this move, only to face theft and negligence. I have since sought legal action and strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. This isn’t merely poor service—it’s criminal behavior.

Avoid This Company

I hired a mover to transport my belongings from one state to another on March 6, 2025. The first scheduled delivery date was March 18, 2025. As of today, April 15, 2025, my items have still not arrived. The level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty shown by both companies involved is appalling. I have spoken to representatives multiple times, and two weeks ago, I was told my items were on their way. However, today, a rude salesperson informed me that my belongings are still in California! Thankfully, I placed an AirTag in one of my boxes, or I would still be unaware that my items were taken to a warehouse without my consent. To make matters worse, I was informed that they legally have 21 business days to deliver, and I have now waited the full 21 days and a total of 40 days for my belongings. There has been no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, and I have had to spend thousands to replace necessary items temporarily. The unprofessionalism leads one to suspect that my items may have been stolen. Communication has been nonexistent, and if not for my inquiries, I would still be in the dark about the whereabouts of my belongings worth almost $100,000. I have been patient and understanding, but I now feel compelled to hire an attorney for breach of contract. The representatives have all been dishonest with me for 40 days, and I strongly advise against doing business with them.

They made our move incredibly convenient. They wrapped all our furniture for protection, came fully prepared, and moved our belongings in just one day, with a four-hour drive to the destination, unloading the next day. The cost was reasonable.
