I hired a mover to transport my belongings from one state to another on March 6, 2025. The first scheduled delivery date was March 18, 2025. As of today, April 15, 2025, my items have still not arrived. The level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty shown by both companies involved is appalling. I have spoken to representatives multiple times, and two weeks ago, I was told my items were on their way. However, today, a rude salesperson informed me that my belongings are still in California! Thankfully, I placed an AirTag in one of my boxes, or I would still be unaware that my items were taken to a warehouse without my consent. To make matters worse, I was informed that they legally have 21 business days to deliver, and I have now waited the full 21 days and a total of 40 days for my belongings. There has been no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, and I have had to spend thousands to replace necessary items temporarily. The unprofessionalism leads one to suspect that my items may have been stolen. Communication has been nonexistent, and if not for my inquiries, I would still be in the dark about the whereabouts of my belongings worth almost $100,000. I have been patient and understanding, but I now feel compelled to hire an attorney for breach of contract. The representatives have all been dishonest with me for 40 days, and I strongly advise against doing business with them.
