The delivery took 18 days longer than promised. They assured me they would deliver to my door, but their large vehicle couldn't access my location. On a Sunday, I had to scramble to hire help and rent a truck at the last minute, or I would have faced an extra charge that was double what I ended up paying. Additionally, items were not repacked as stated, and I discovered missing and damaged belongings. The move occurred on 2/26/25, I received my goods in April 2025, and even after reaching a settlement agreement, I still have not received payment as of 12/09/25.
