If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a gift card for a family member on their website. I chose a physical card with a promised delivery in 2 business days. It was a huge mistake. They didn't ship it as promised and refused to honor their own terms. After two weeks of waiting, I called customer service, which is rarely available online, and received conflicting information. The card still didn’t arrive, and I was told that shipping to Canada takes a minimum of 30 days. I was left with no gift and no clarity on my refund. I will be gifting cash instead and will never spend another dollar here.
