Avoid purchasing furniture from this company!

I strongly advise against buying furniture from this company! My couch fell apart after just 8 months, and they dismissed it as 'normal wear and tear.' They refused to provide a refund, replacement, or repair. I'm extremely disappointed that I wasted my money and will certainly not be shopping with them again.

Disappointing Quality and Support

This is my second major letdown with the company, and I won't be ordering from them again. I ordered wall art in early September and waited nearly four months due to backorders, eagerly anticipating its arrival. When it finally came, it was in shockingly poor condition (scratches, watermarks, extensive damage). My only choices were to return it for a refund or exchange it and wait several more months, with no guarantee of better quality. What should have been the perfect addition to my art wall has left me frustrated. I wish I hadn't waited so long to discover this. This follows a previous issue with a pillowcase and insert; the insert arrived on time, but the pillowcase delivery date kept changing before the order was ultimately canceled. I was left with a pillow insert but no matching case, and they insisted I would have to pay for return shipping if I wanted to send the insert back. Between the unreliable delivery timelines, damaged items, and poor resolution options, I feel like I wasted both time and money with this company.

Avoid Gift Cards from This Company

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a gift card for a family member on their website. I chose a physical card with a promised delivery in 2 business days. It was a huge mistake. They didn't ship it as promised and refused to honor their own terms. After two weeks of waiting, I called customer service, which is rarely available online, and received conflicting information. The card still didn’t arrive, and I was told that shipping to Canada takes a minimum of 30 days. I was left with no gift and no clarity on my refund. I will be gifting cash instead and will never spend another dollar here.

Regret Not Choosing Alternatives

I wish I had chosen a different retailer. Better delivery, better prices, better service. The company delivered furniture with missing parts, and their customer service was rude. They do not follow up; I had to keep calling and waiting forever for what I paid a premium price for.

The company has the worst customer service. They sent me mismatched items as part of a set and then made it difficult to return them. It took multiple calls to get a valid shipping label. Then, when I inquired about the replacement items, I was told they were no longer available, despite them showing as in stock on the website. It’s just a series of errors with them and not worth the stress.
