I made a cash transfer for pick up in Loreto, Baja, on April 8th. The msg on the website said the funds would be available on April 13th. It is now 13th and the customer service msg says they are still processing the transfer. The funds left my BofA account on April 8th. How long will this transfer take? There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone in customer service.
