Useless, just “automatically” decides to block / a transfer for no reason after already using it successfully and your staff if like there is no reason why it would block it but nothing we can do so you can’t send, oh but here’s a 2 dollar discount for your next transfer that doesn’t work either. What a joke of a service

The money was available for pickup much faster than I originally expected, and the real-time tracking gave me great peace of mind. They’re absolutely horrible. Sat there for over an hour. My money got locked up the center. Her name is the same as the receiver. What is the problem and they will not give me a refund unless the receiver/sender confirms that even though I got my receipt in here horrible will never use them again

I attempted to send money through Western Union, but the transfer was declined. After contacting customer service, I later received a generic response saying the transfer could not be completed, with no explanation provided.

For a financial service, this lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. Customers deserve to know why a transaction is rejected and how to resolve it. Very disappointing experience

I was using WU for the past 10years then suddenly my transfer was being declined. Contacted the customer service and i was told to fill out a reinstatement form and provided documents. After a week I was informed that my account can’t be reinstated. Called them but the customer service was useless. I was not provided the reasons or any information i needed to provide to reinstate my account. Very disappointing experience!

I have been sending small amounts with western for a while no problems , this time I wished to send a large amount 600,000 pesos for property purchase deposit and was refused without the opportunity to prove the validity of transfer, the validity of seller, tha validity of my partner, the proof this was not a scam, the opportunity to prove that my bank had investigated at my request so that there would not be a problem and had approved the transfer, your operator was abrupt and refused to hear any reason her supervisor would not help by excepting email or any proof, but only help given was go on the website you might find somewhere there to send an email too, my bank security department was as disgusted as I was that your company had refused the bank fraud departments investigation about the genuine nature of this transaction, the legal evidence was available the fact I had just returned from phillipines after months, the fact my partner finance was still there assuring the final legal document regarding right of way was in place, your staff had no interest, no care, no wish to be bothered. Not only was I disappointed with your company's attitude I was disgusted

I give them one star because 0 stars are an option. My husbands debit card was fraudulently used to make a wire transfer from California while we live in Texas. Tried calling fraud department and since they do not speak clear English I do not think they understood me. We just wanted a stop payment on the transfer by looking up via card number and was laughed at and told nothing could be done without tracking number and passes me off to another department. In turn the second department tried to connect me back to original department. At this point in time, our lawyers will be reaching out personally to rectify this issue.
