BEWARE! If I could give zero stars I would! It's the worst possible experience with Western Union. They take your money and loose it with no accountability no resolution just excuses. After countless emails and phone calls no accountability for loosing my mothers money. Just the same response over and over. Most of the customer representatives cannot speak english. Very poor customer service. The money was sent to help a family member fund urgent surgery. I explained this to Western Union and money had not been received. I got the same response every time. No empathy, no accountability. The money is now lost never to be seen. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
