I have never used Westfield fasteners before but required an M12 fine for a gearbox. Sourced the item with Westfield but they sent the wrong item. They were swift to send a replacement however then began the time consuming returns process. They sent me the wrong returns code so two phone calls, a trip to the post office plus parking and most importantly a lot of time spent to avoid being charged £6.17 on principle for the replacement item. The bolt is worth £1.60, Westfield have an awful returns policy where the action of returning their mistake has cost the customer many times more than the value of the item.This service was awful and the policy needs to be reviewed, I will never use them again.
