I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the service regarding a recent order totaling nearly £2,000. The entire process, from order confirmation to customer support, felt deceptive and unprofessional. Even though they advertised next-day delivery on several products, I was informed after placing my order that it would actually take two weeks, which was unacceptable for my requirements. When I attempted to cancel the order less than 48 hours later, I was told I would incur a 25% handling fee, despite the representative confirming that the order had not yet been processed. The attitude during the call was rude and unhelpful, showing no willingness to resolve my issue. I followed up with an email to cancel the order, but my messages went unanswered for three days, and the goods were dispatched regardless, leaving me with little option but to accept the delivery. Moreover, I later discovered that their prices are significantly higher than the market average, and this is not the first time I have faced issues with them. In conclusion, my experience indicates that they are overpriced, unreliable, and do not treat customers fairly once payment is secured. There are numerous alternative suppliers providing much better prices, more dependable lead times, and a far more professional approach. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
