We encountered roaches in our kitchen and significant water damage in our bathroom that had been reported but not addressed promptly. Housekeeping responded days later, but there were still problems, including water dripping from the light fixture. The state of the room was quite concerning. As an owner since 2007, I feel embarrassed that my guests could not enjoy their stay. This resort is receiving poor reviews for good reason. While the view was lovely, other issues overshadowed it. Additionally, despite multiple requests, I couldn't get a stepstool delivered to help with the high beds, which are difficult for shorter individuals to access. It's disappointing to see such a decline in service and value over the years.
