Frustrating Experience

After years of disappointments, I’m done. We purchased a timeshare in 2018, an every-other-year package, and it has been a struggle. Our home resort had issues like a broken refrigerator that spoiled our food, with no reimbursement despite promises. On our next stay, entry door locks malfunctioned, leading to long waits for security to let guests in. Our first stay was marred by a mandatory owners meeting right on the first day, where they tried upselling us immediately. Most recently, we paid extra to use our week at another resort, but upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, causing a long wait. There were also issues with missing kitchen items. This last stay pushed me to sell. The only good experiences we had were during the initial purchase and a brief visit for free tickets. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
