My experience with this company has been one of the most deceptive and stressful consumer experiences of my life. I was pressured into signing a timeshare contract after hours of manipulation and false promises. Sales representatives claimed the timeshare would increase in value, could be easily rented or sold, and would save money on future vacations. None of that was true. After purchasing, I discovered hidden fees, inflated maintenance costs, and booking restrictions that make using the timeshare extremely difficult. Attempts to resolve issues through customer service were met with dismissive and unhelpful agents. I realize now that their system is designed to trap people in high-cost, long-term obligations with little to no actual benefit. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase to research thoroughly before signing anything. These practices are unethical and exploit consumers seeking affordable family vacations.
