Our experience at this resort was disappointing. Our room flooded, and when we requested help, we received none. After cleaning up ourselves, we canceled our spa appointment but were still charged for it. As a former customer service manager, I have never felt so belittled as a veteran or service member. The staff did not fulfill their responsibilities, and despite showing them call logs and recorded conversations, we faced no accountability. This situation ruined our anniversary and cost us hundreds. Future owners should be aware; it’s not worth it.
