Lied too multiple times was told we would have our "trip package" (which we "won") canceled. Had called 5 diffrent times in the 30 day cancelation period to cancel the package each time we where told it would be canceled. Each time they lied after the 10-14 days we should have gotten our money back there was nothing so we called again!!! Come to find out they never canceled it in the first place we where lied to every time ON RECORDED LINES. Even given a fake confirmation number by one rep who said he processed the cancelation. We found this out after calling back yet again and escalating it up to managnent. I will turn this into the attorney general if my funds are not back in my account in 2 weeks no doubt. We recorded the calls we made today and made them send us an email today stating the order has been canceled just incase they lied again and this needs to be escalated to legal. Done with these bozos.
