Deceptive Practices and High-Pressure Sales at Westgate ResortsWestgate Resorts misled my family and me with false promises of free meals, accommodations, and discounts to lure us into a sales presentation. Instead, we were subjected to over seven hours of relentless pressure to buy a timeshare we clearly didn’t want. The representatives used manipulative tactics, including withholding the contract, changing terms, and claiming the offer was “once-in-a-lifetime.”After signing under extreme duress, we discovered the benefits they promised—such as lifetime discounts—were entirely fabricated. The true costs are astronomical, with no value in return. This was a classic example of timeshare fraud, and I wouldn’t recommend Westgate Resorts to anyone. Be cautious, ask for written terms upfront, and don’t let them pressure you into making a hasty decision.
