I was misled by this beautiful resortI had stayed at one of the resorts in Florida with my family. We enjoyed what we saw so they wanted me to buy into one of the places so we took a tour. Everything was perfect. I signed the contract and I stated that the family will come back another time to enjoy the amenities Covid pulled up and things had to be changed, but they made me a reservation later and it was supposed to be the resort however at some point they end up giving me to one of their hotels which is about 2 miles away from it and they told me that I can still use the amenities But this was nothing that I paid for it was a typical hotel which I came to Florida that weekend two days early and stay at a regular hotel which was compatible to their hotel but the whole family event was supposed to be the resort and I never was compensated for it They said they were overbooked and don’t have any room at the resort … that is not what I paid for. Neither was it what I was shown during the tour.
