$145 HOKA tennis shoes went missing during a room change at the Orlando Westgate Lakes Resort and spa. Took them 24 hours to provide a personal/physical check of the original room by security AND a return call. The bigger issue was the moldy mildew feather comforter. I took pictures to the manager when we went to check out (a day early because that was the day i noticed it) and he said he would call me later to discuss. That was May 12th. No call, no letter nothing. Ive sent letters to the corporate office (certified) but they're sitting in a PO box apparently. I was trying to give them a chance to respond and Ive got nothing .
