Room was nice except for the roaches. Went to the 90 minute time share presentation. We had Pierre. He was cordial. Didn’t buy but was enticed with other options. We were skeptical at best. The Drafts restaurant on the property was a joke. Waited for 1/2 & no server ever came to our table. We left & went back to room & called room service which they offer. After 20 phone calls to front desk who transferred our calls to the marketplace which advised they do not deliver. Also attempted to transfer's calls to Drafts which never picked up & only rang busy. So no room service.
