I bought at the Elara when it was a Westgate resort. Now that it is a Westgate any longer, Westgate will not extend to me all the rights as a Westgate owner. The fact that they sold the building to Hilton has nothing to do with me. Now they won’t let me bank old weeks for more than one year. Westgate owners, which formally I am, are suppose to be able to keep them for 2 years. If they made some alternate deal with Hilton, that should have no effect on me or my rights.
