Arrived at hotel to find a nasty hidden resort fee "surprise" of $141 for 5 nights. The Priceline reservation showed "paid in full" and if a resort fee was required upon arrival it would have been showing on a separate line item.The desk clerk gave me all sorts of attitude upon checking in and checking out about this as if I was stupid. A manager promised to refund 2 of the 5 days because of the inconvenience and said he would note my account. He never bothered to get back to me.
