So here is a summary of the things we were lied to about to warn everyone else as it appears that Westgate doesn't care about ripping people off. Our loan was higher than we were told, our heirs are forced to inherit this timeshare and all of its negative aspects we were never told about, the rescission period was left out of the closing meeting, we could generate rental income and their resorts are exclusive to their owners. If we had not been rushed into purchasing this timeshare or through the signing process we would have had time to go over the contract. It was so rushed and we were told the price we were given would only be available that day, but the price we were given was not the one we signed for.
