They were selling vacation packages at my job and I signed up for one. The price was fair and I selected where I wsnted to go. They ran everything and gave me a receipt and said that I just have to call that 800 number when I was ready to travel so I could select my dates. Fast forward I am ready to book so they tell me that they cant find me in the system. I found the receipt and called back with the number and that didnt work so they said they would escalate it snd someone would call me. No call. I called them and they had all my information and said I can go ahead and pick dates which I did. They told me their would be a meeting I would have to attend which I thought was wierd but I agreed to go to see what it was about. I had to pay a $35 fee to book that room. I said it didnt make sense but since they already had a large amount of my money I went on to pay. After paying they said I didn’t qualify and my trip was canceled and that I would be getting a refund. They just emailed me an electronic check so hopefully that isnt another piece of their fraud. BOOK YOUR OWN TRIPS!!!! Don’t use these people!!!!!!
