I would say stay away ! I did not stay here but was invited for a VIP tour with breakfast. The breakfast was free and as free goes it was subpar… then on to the long 1.5 hour presentation of the timeshare concept. It goes on, then to tour the property and prospective apartment which was beautiful but after reading reviews I guess that’s what they do they show you the best but then it’s not what you are going to get. They had offered a $150 for attending so sure sounds good but if you are not someone that can stand their ground and say NO, I suggest you stay away from these very nice but aggressive sellers. They tried to convince me that if I didn’t buy right then and there the next day the price would increase by $12k what a joke!!! I said no I like to think about all the pros and cons and they insisted how this investment was the best thing under the sun! I still said no, so then come another seller to tell me I could just buy a rental program instead of timeshare for less than half of the initial price. When I said NO again he tried to convince me of blah blah blah . I told him NO and that he was pressuring me and I didn’t like that. On comes a third person who now wants to convince me to prepay for our next vacation. I’m done, at this point I’m so annoyed that I want nothing to do with them. Funny thing they are so nice to invite you and present the concept and when you say no they get mad. It took two 1/2 hours wasted of my time to get $150 dollars but I see how they trick people into these very aggressive and pressured timeshare buys. I felt so bad for all these people that were looking around trying to get out but as our presenter told us 3 out of 4 people buy (that’s the power of their do it now or forever miss out tactics) Stay away if you can’t say NO, if not go and get your free $150
