The hotel rooms are good.... But the service not so good! Their main focus is getting you to commit to a Timeshare. Once we said NO NO AND NO. First off, I swear it seem like the service got worse, they are persistent, I told the first person NO, that I'm not trying to take on any more bills and he practically told me I don't know how to live and manage my money. The second person came to sign us out and tried to go over the same skit the first person did. Wait this was supposed to be 90 minutes but turned into three hrs. So the last pereon came to really sign us out so we could enjoy the rest of the day and she just about went over the same thing the 1st and 2nd person did. What part of NO didn't they understand? Dang! She got an attitude! I did all but cuss! Second off, if you're not a member you cannot park in the parking lot connected to the "Hotel". The parking is terrible after dark! Didn't know that they don't clean your room but I was offered a broom and some sheets. Yeah OK! this is not why I'm on vacation and this is why I'm paying resort fees. I asked the cleaner on the floor could I have towels after the ones I ordered didn't come and they sent up wash cloths instead. They told me they couldn't give me any but to call house keeping after I put the old ones outside my door🤷🏽♀️. The toilet seat is broken. No one came to fix it! No place to eat except the coffee table. Only members can use beach chairs and the cost is 40$ for 4 hrs. I thought there was a stove "Nope" only for members. My husband went down to make sure our bill was fine So we wouldn't have to stop to check out the night before, we couldn't use the "Free" WiFi after that, so I gave them 2 stars. I will stay somewhere else the next time I visit Myrtle Beach!
