When we bought our timeshare, we were told we could use it when we wanted with no extra fees. That is not true at all. We ALWAYS end up with a fee for something when we make reservations. We already pay about $7,000 a year, why do we need to pay extra fees?! In fact, the total of our loan was never given to us. We agreed to $33k, not the $71k we now owe after interest!During the pandemic, we had a bonus week that expired in September 2020. I thought that since COVID-19 was out of our control, Westgate would be willing to extend it, but no. Since the pandemic, we’ve been wasting money on something we can’t even use and have been offered no help at all from this sham of a company.
