This is getting exhausting trying to get answers on our account from anyone at Westgate, especially the Executive Team. It just shows the true colors of how this company operates and treats people. It is just adding fuel to the fire of the many reasons why we are wanting out. What is going to take to get anyone to answer? They refuse to give us options to get out of our contract! We have been battling this for a very long time. We are tired of being held hostage and bonded to people who could care less about us. The representatives put us in this mess by breaking out all the tricks up their sleeves to tell us false promises that have absolutely no value. They have asked us to send supporting documents to our claims of these people lying to us. Who has that type of documentation when it is all done verbally by these representatives that will say WHATEVER to make a dollar! It is an insult that the company will back up these liars they have working for them as it is clear in reading other reviews of a lot of other innocent people. They REPRESENT Westgate, so if you condone this type of behavior then these “bad apples” don’t fall far from “the tree”. We do not understand why someone can not do the right thing and release us. This is beyond cruel for them to continue to hold us like prisoners. We want answers NOW!
