Phone number listed at Southpoint location i dealt with does not connect to that office location. Tried many times but could never contact them directly. After 2 days, I could no longer deal with so many that argued with me rather than solve my issue. Went there in person to cancel my insurance with them. They did not acknowledge my issue but argued with me. I did not get a refund. Went to Schill Insurance. Refund, new plates all in 10 minutes. Never go there they do not help.
