Frustrating Experience with the Service

I found this service online and submitted a form to have someone contact me about coverage and getting a quote. Instead, I received an email asking for more information, which required me to complete nearly the entire documentation process. I complied, hoping to eventually receive a quote. However, the response I got did not include any service offers, like bundling for home or vehicles. Instead, I was informed of a $100 AGENCY FEE that would apply since I wasn't an existing customer, and still... no quote was provided. I decided to walk away; I prefer not to engage with a service that can't even make a phone call or provide a straightforward quote with the information given.

I found this service online and filled out a form to receive a callback for coverage and a quote. Instead, I received an email asking for more information, requiring me to complete almost all the paperwork. I complied, thinking it was necessary for the quote. After that, I got an email not with a quote or service options, but with a mention of a $100 AGENCY FEE for not being an existing customer. Ultimately, I received no quote at all. I decided to move on, as I prefer to work with proactive individuals who can provide straightforward information.

When I sought assistance to rectify issues, I faced unhelpful managers. Reaching knowledgeable staff regarding home insurance was particularly challenging. My experience was overshadowed by overworked staff managing home insurance policies.

Unsatisfactory support

As a long-term client, I found the support lacking in every aspect. Email responses were slow and inadequate, with little concern for my needs. Even when I requested assistance, there was minimal effort to provide solutions, and the phone interactions felt disrespectful. After exploring other options, I found brokers who were much more accommodating and helped me secure better coverage at a more reasonable price.

Challenging cancellation process

My mother has held her home insurance for many years, but recently discovered better pricing and coverage elsewhere. Now, as she attempts to cancel her policy, the service has made the process unnecessarily complicated, requesting excessive personal information that shouldn't be needed for cancellation.
