I'm impressed with the design and spaciousness of the new trains. Even during peak times, there's usually a comfortable spot to sit or stand without feeling cramped. I often use the regional line in the area and find the trains mostly punctual. While there have been occasional cancellations and delays, they are generally quite reliable. Ticket prices are reasonable too; with my Railcard, I can get to the city center for about £5 round trip, which is fantastic. So far, my experiences with the service have been quite good.
