Customer services spiel on phone says this is quicker. After signing up and trying to log inked being told details provided not recognised we have sent an email. EMAIL NEVER COMES. defo not in spam folder either.Saving grace hopefully. Got through to customer services eventually now fingers crossed everything cancelled. Though Customer services person did not respond to my comments re online services. Just Blanked.
